How are shipping costs calculated?

We offer free shipping to USA & Canada.

For other locations, shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume.

 

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 3 days of payment processing. Most delivery times vary between 3 to 6 weeks. Some orders take longer due to conditions out of our control.

All orders are guaranteed within the time of 45 days of shipment date, not including 2-5 day processing.

 

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number is emailed to you upon successful shipment of all packages, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if multiple items are shipped separately, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

You can also access your tracking numbers from My Account.

 

What if something is wrong with my order?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • We are not able to issue a return or refund for any item that is worn, washed, tags removed
  • We are not able to issue a refund for jewellery, intimates, swimwear or sleepwear

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
